Based in the US, Burns will focus on expanding Udder's presence across North and South America.

A prominent figure in the global recruitment community, he is a sought-after speaker known for actively engaging in conversations about the industry's identity and future direction. His industry-leading Facebook group, "Talent Product Plays," is considered a must-join by practitioners and vendors alike.

At Udder, Burns will draw on his background to connect Udder's services around digital transformation, tech implementation, and vendor partnership to growing client demand in the Americas.
